The Interiors Awards Gala Dinner & Awards night has returned! Back at the Hilton Metropole on Tuesday 22nd January, the 2008 awards night takes on a brand new format and for the first time ever is being held in support of the Furnishing Trades Benevolent Association.
A celebration of the best of the furnishings and interiors industry, any profit from the evening will go to industrys only dedicated charity. Every ticket sold will benefit the FTBA by 5 and the association will also sponsor a brand new award for Lifetime Achievement.
The black tie event will begin with a drinks reception, then a three course gala dinner followed by a spot of fun with a top entertainer. An auction in aid of the FTBA will also be held. Then its down to the main business of the night the prestigious Interiors Awards, the Oscars of the industry.
Then the party begins! A live swing band will kick-start proceedings followed by a Video Jockey playing dance classics to keep the party going through to the small hours. All this, plus the chance to have a flutter in a casino, promise a memorable night out.
Said Jonathan Seddon-Brown, FTBA chief executive: Were delighted that the industry has chosen to support us at what will undoubtedly be the highlight of the social calendar and a fantastic opportunity to network with colleagues and entertain customers. This is an extremely generous and unprecedented gesture and we hope all those attending the Interiors Birmingham will come along to support us.?
Another innovation at the Awards night will be a choice of Gold, Silver or Bronze tables. Deluxe Gold tables offer ringside seating with an allocation of wine and champagne for 2,500 per table of 10; Silver tables are still near to the action and come with an allocation of free wine for the evening and cost 1,850; and standard Bronze tables cost 1,200. Standard individual tickets cost 150 each.
